These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and zk333 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the zk333 website located at zk333.ws, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features offered through the Platform.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on zk333, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. KYC Verification

Before processing the first withdrawal, zk333 requires completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and proof of the mobile banking account used for deposits. zk333 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed will have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

Account Accuracy

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your registered mobile number changes, you must notify zk333 support immediately so that your withdrawal destination can be updated. zk333 will not be responsible for failed transactions resulting from outdated account information.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers. Do not share your password with any third party. zk333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All transactions are conducted through the mobile financial services listed below. zk333 does not currently accept credit card, debit card, cryptocurrency or bank transfer payments.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on zk333 are currently supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary and will be displayed at the point of deposit. zk333 does not charge a deposit fee, though your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions. All conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• KYC verification must be complete and approved by the zk333 compliance team.
• The withdrawal must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the corresponding deposit. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus funds attached to the account must have met their full wagering requirement before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

zk333 offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and by the specific promotion terms published for each offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on zk333 are eligible for the welcome bonus offer of 100% match up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to the account balance following a qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only and is non-transferable.

General Bonus Rules

The following rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on zk333 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• zk333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already commenced wagering under an active promotion will be allowed to complete the wagering cycle on the original terms.

All games offered on zk333 — including live casino, slots, crash games and table games — are governed by the rules set by the individual game providers. zk333 does not alter game mechanics and is not responsible for outcomes determined by third-party game engines. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on zk333 and the game provider's own records, the game provider's records shall be treated as authoritative.

Sports Betting Markets

zk333 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it is binding. zk333 reserves the right to void bets placed on events subsequently found to be affected by match-fixing or irregular activity.

Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that results in an incorrect game result, payout or odds display, zk333 reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. zk333 will not honour payouts resulting from errors that are clearly inconsistent with the stated RTP of the game. Players who knowingly exploit technical errors are in breach of these Terms and may have their accounts suspended.

zk333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that all account holders may access at any time through their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zk333. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and their case reviewed. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with games, place bets or access the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports event, or engaging in any activity that constitutes match-fixing or spot-fixing.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical malfunctions knowingly for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using funds of illicit origin for deposits. zk333 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities regarding suspected money laundering and will freeze any account where such activity is suspected.

zk333 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players who suspect another player of prohibited conduct are encouraged to report their concerns to [email protected]. Whistleblower reports are treated confidentially.

zk333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to zk333 or other players. In such cases, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation, and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a material breach.

Upon voluntary closure where the player is not in breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile banking account within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill, even if zk333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. zk333's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

zk333 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions or security vulnerabilities. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance. Unplanned outages will be communicated as quickly as practicable via the Platform or support channels.

zk333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
